Basic math course includes 8 sessions for students gr. 7-9, but anybody could benefit from
this program. Curriculum covers the topics, every student should know.
They are: operations with whole numbers, operations with decimals,
fractions and percents, operations with integers, introduction to algebra – one variable equations.
Each session is 1.5 h long (2x40 min and 10 min break). First part is presentation and second part is practice. Students can combine basic math group sessions with individual sessions. Sessions will be hold in three convenient locations: West End in Nepean, Centrepointe area, Barrhaven and East End in Gloucester.
Fees are $20.00/session. |
